terms of service

Effective June 11, 2026

By inviting, accessing, or using Charli, you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and authority

You must be permitted to use Discord and must have authority to configure Charli in a server. Server managers are responsible for the permissions they grant the bot and for how they use moderation, logging, ticket, and automation features.

Acceptable use

Do not use Charli to break the law, harass people, evade Discord safeguards, distribute malicious content, compromise accounts, overwhelm services, or collect information without appropriate notice and permission.

Third-party services

Some commands rely on third-party APIs. Their availability, limits, content, and terms are outside Charli's control. You are responsible for complying with any terms that apply to your use of those integrations.

Availability and enforcement

Features may change, experience downtime, or be removed. Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect users, Discord, Charli, or third parties. No guarantee is made that the service will always be available or error-free.

Liability

Charli is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law. The bot owner is not responsible for server moderation decisions, lost configuration, third-party outages, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
