this is a subcommand. keep the words in this order, then add the values shown in the example.

what the values mean

@user means a mention or user id. #channel means a channel mention or channel id. @role means a role mention or role id. reason means normal text after the required values. duration can be like 10s, 5m, 2h, 1d, or 1w. on/off can usually be on, off, enable, disable, true, false, yes, or no.
